I am drawn to all the land's exhalations: trees, food, folklore, weather, language, and stories.

My belief is that life is about immersion in the world. My travel and writing reflect this, exploring landscape and all it leaves in us. Selected works may be found in my Portfolio.

Below is a selection of my photography. Much like the written narratives, my photos have a strong focus on place. I am drawn to the old, to the out-of-the-way, to stories that demand unearthing.
